New Subdivisions

Mesquite boasts many new subdivisions - including 5 that are age restricted (55 yrs and older).  When the dust settles in several years, the city will have upwards of 15,000 new residential homes, townhomes and/or condominiums. 

Perhaps the largest development currently under construction is Sun City Mesquite, a Pulte - Del Webb community.  Plans include two recreation centers, an 18 hole golf course, walking trails and parks.  Approximately 5000 homes will eventually be built on about 2000 acres.

Coming in the near future to Lincoln County (immediately North of Mesquite) will be several thousand more homes.  A recent land auction by the BLM saw about 12,000 acres bring in nearly $48,000,000. 

And the big draw - great weather, favorable taxes, friendly people, and outdoor activities galore!
